Process u/s 82 Cr.P.C. duly executed at the address R/o C-3, Sahibabad Site IV Industrial Area, Ghaziabad and also at H. No.162, Jhandapur-2, Link Road, GZB. B/W issued against the accused were duly served upon the accused at this address. Statement of process server recorded separately. In view of the statement made by the process server, it is clear that process u/s 82 Cr.P.C. was duly executed against the accused but despite execution of process u/s 82 Cr.P.C. accused has not turned up till date. Therefore, it may be concluded that accused has run away from the process of the court, hence, accused is declared an absconder. SHO concerned is directed to register the FIR against the accused Pankaj Singh under the appropriate provisions of law. Copy of order be given dasti to ASI Ombir Singh for compliance by the concerned SHO. Report be filed before this court on 02.03.2019.
