Bulk Drug Manufacturers \ssociation of lndia, an Association oi Drug Manufacturers, r Las filed this present petition being aggrieved by the action of tl e Telangana State Pollution Control Board in issuing the imp rgned guidelines to make contribution towards Corpus Fund a the rate of 1% of the annual turnover for expansion of inr ustries and 0.57o of the annual turnover for restoration of th( entire affected area and for creation of Corpus Fund in the name of "Patancheru and Bollaram Environment Relief Fund" etc. The u rdisputed facts of the case also make it very clear that the entire ixercise has been initiated on account of the judgment dated 24.lO.2017 delivered by the National Green Tribunal, Souther r Zone Bench, Chennai, in Application No 90 of 2013 and batch. A similar ( ontroversy arose in respect of M / s Cl-rromo Laboratories lndi r Limited and M / s Suven Pharm€tcellticals Limited, having l1eir units at Sangareddy District' Telangana' M/s.
