| 1 STC.78 of 2012 19.2.2019 Both parties present. Heard learned APP and counsel for accused. As seen from the facts of the case, the punishment prescribed fro the offence with which the accused is charged is minimum one year and up to five years and also fine. Hence, I am of the opinion that it is a fit case to be tried as warrant case, instead of summary trial case. Therefore, the same is converted into warrant case. Accordingly, office is directed to register calendar case and allot a fresh number in the place of present case. In the meanwhile complainant is directed to produce his evidence. V AJCJ |
