MACP No.18/20201 Rushikesh S/o Ravindranath @ Revindra Bhise Claimant Versus Sachin Suresh Ganorkar + 1 Opponents ORDER BELOW EXH.1 (Passed on 5th day of May, 2021 ) All the parties are present along with their advocates on 4.5.2021 and identified by their respective advocates. The matter came to be settled by way of mediation as per mediation report Exh.12. The settlement Pursis on (Exh12.). On 4.5.2021 I personally enquired the claimants about the terms of settlement. All the claimants agreed to the terms of the settlement and identified their signatures on the settlement Pursis Exh.12. The parties have settled the matter and accepted the claim amount of Rs.3,90,000/ (Rs. Three lac Ninety thousand only). On failure of the compensation amount as agreed above within 30 days.
