For the Respondent : --- 03/30.09.2020 Learned counsel for the appellant Ms. Lawanya Gadodia, on instruction of learned counsel on record Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, submits that the defects no.5 and 8 pointed out by the Registry may be ignored. It is submitted that paginations in the annexure which are official documents and certified copy of the impugned judgment for example, cannot be struck off by the learned counsel as has been pointed out by the office. The pleadings have a continuous pagination which are distinct and separate from the internal pagination of the annexed documents or the impugned orders/judgments. Therefore, the defects may be ignored. We appreciate the point made by learned counsel for the appellant and accordingly, ignore the surviving defects. Let notice be issued in the limitation matter and also on the main memo of appeal on the respondent under registered cover with A/D as well as through speed post for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
