This acquisition enabled Accelrys to provide CISPro solutions for managing and tracking the source, use and disposal of chemicals along the entire lab-to-plant value chain. In December 2013 Accelrys acquired QUMAS, a Cork Ireland-based company that focuses on controlled document management. This acquisition added targeted governance, risk management and compliance solutions to Accelrys portfolio. Went Public on February 27, 2004.
