Provider of nanotech-based water treatment solutions for industries. It is developing a patented ceramic filter to remove dissolved solids for softening and concentrating applications, and recovery of valuable by-products. Their proprietary coating process uses commercially available ceramic supports then applies a thin coating of ceramic and DNA. A two-stage heat process hardens the ceramic layer then removes the DNA. The result is a ceramic nano structured material with transverse channels all the way through the material. It shows very tight distribution of pore size and high flux rates.
