OxyMems technology uses hollow fibre, gas permeable membranes to deliver oxygen directly to micro-organisms in water, which break down the pollutants and consume less energy and also lowers costs. OxyMem Membrane-Aerated Biofilm Reactor (MABR) is deployed as a modular cage design which can be supplied as a packaged plant or retrofitted directly into an existing aeration tank. MABR habitat creates an ideal environment to support a robust biofilm which absorbs and consumes carbon and nitrogen based pollutants.
