Paytailor provides an app to the merchant that initiates the transactions. Merchant enters the required amount and shows a payment number, to which the payer give a call and hence completes the payment process. Carrier billing of 0.4 is charged from the payer, which includes carrier fee of 32 cents and 8 cents of Paytailor payment fee. The merchant is charged 10-19 on a monthly basis for the application.
