It was established by the Palkhivala Foundation with the aim of promoting institutional arbitration in India. This was in response to the increasing burden on Indian courts and the significant delays in the resolution of cases. NPAC has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), India, to offer training courses for professionals who wish to become arbitrators. Over the past few years, NPAC has successfully conducted numerous courses, providing individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field of arbitration.
