This SPV has been established to implement various project components in the region, under the Industrial Infrastructure Up-gradation Scheme (IIUS), with the support of both the Government of India and the Government of Orissa. The NOCCI Balasore Infrastructure Company (NBIC) has taken on several crucial projects in the area, including the construction of a by-pass road, ensuring a steady water supply, setting up power distribution systems, establishing a railway siding, creating a truck parking HUB, building warehouses, and establishing a common facility center and a common business center, among others. These projects have been undertaken with the aim of upgrading the industrial infrastructure in Balasore, which will not only benefit the local businesses but also attract new investments and boost economic growth in the region. With the support of the government and the expertise of NOCCI, NBIC is committed to completing these projects efficiently and effectively, bringing about positive changes in the region and contributing to its overall development.
