The company's main objective is to convert the two-lane NH3 highway into a six-lane highway, spanning from KM 380.00 to KM 440.00 in the Pimpalgaon-Nasik-Gonde section of Maharashtra State. This project is being carried out under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) model, as per the Concession Agreement signed with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) on July 8th, 2009. With a concession period of 20 years, including a construction period of 30 months, the project is set to be completed by January 3rd, 2029. The company achieved partial commercial operation on October 1st, 2012 and full commercial operation on March 12th, 2014. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the project was terminated on March 29th, 2016. PNG Tollway Limited has been in operation since its incorporation in 2009."
