It operates its milk procurement, milk and milk products processing and distribution through Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Its milk and dairy products are sold under the brand name JERSEY. The Company has 30 own and 9 associate milk chilling centers, 40 BMCU ( Bulk milk cooling units ), 7 packing stations, 6 sales offices and 1 powder plant. Combined milk processing capacity of 6.85 lakh liters per day. Products include milk, ghee, yogurt and ice creams. As of 2011, the company planned to raise 100 Crores through PE funds. In 2011 had a total turnover of 600 crores. Godrej Agrovet bought a 26 stake in 2005. As of January 2015, Tata Capital, the private equity unit of the Tata Group, and Motilal Oswal Private Equity have teamed up to bid for around 60 stake in Creamline Dairy Products and a deal could be struck in the Rs 380-crore to Rs 420-crore range. Plans to expand product range through a fresh round of funding.
