Frequently Asked Questions about RatchetSoft
RatchetSoft was founded in 2003.
RatchetSoft is headquartered in Manhasset, United States. It is registered at Manhasset, New York, United States.
RatchetSoft is a developer of desktop integration software Ratchet-X. Ratchet-X is a desktop integration platform that allows users to add new features to existing applications without having to change those applications in any way or rely on software developers and vendors for integration cooperation. Some of the features that RatchetSoft-X can add are extracting and pasting information from websites and other applications, interfacing between SOAP and REST-based web services, exchanging data with electronic forms, jumping to shared contexts in other systems (e.g. show me all the documents in my document management system for the current customer), and accessing proprietary APIs. Ratchet-X watches all the screens within which a user works. It automatically reads the data contained within and places the Ratchet-X Magic Button in the applications title bar. When the user clicks the magic button, hes presented with a list of new features that can be performed from that screen using the data contained within as inputs. In addition, the company offers Ratchet-X Solo Bot for unattended batch processing. Some of the business functions where Ratchet-X can be deployed include account payables, compliance, scrape mailer, and integration of applications with Salesforce.
