Asset loans which are secured against existing assets of the borrower; 3. Purchase loans which are secured for up to 80 of the value of the asset to be purchased; 4. Bespoke loan which are customizable loans and do not fit the scope of any of the other loans available. The borrowers are required to maintain the asset of value of at least 125 of the loan value.
